Indian Pencak Silat Federation(IPSF)
Indian Pencak Silat Federation(IPSF) was fused as the non-gainful association enlisted under (Societies of Registration under act 1960) and with the point and destinations of just to advance the enormous craft of Pencak Silat Sports in all over India at School, Collages, University and Corporate level not just as a Martial Art of Self Defense yet in addition as a Sport.
(IPSF) is the main National Federation for the Pencak Silat Sports in India, properly subsidiary with, South Asian Pencak Silat Federation (SAPSF), Asian Pencak Silat Federation (APSIF), and International Pencak Silat Federation (PERSILAT).
IPSF is properly perceived by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports(Govt.of India). Also, it has 32 State/UT’s Members all over India. As of now, the Indian Pencak Silat Federation ( IPSF) has more than 450 approved Clubs & 32 Associations of different events like Tanding, Tunggal, Ganda & Regu, etc.
The Pencak Silat martial art is a medal event in Asian Games, SEA Games & Asian Beach Games, World Games, South Asian Games, Asian Indoor & Martial Art Games, and is duly recognized by the Olympic Council of Asia & TAFISA.
(IPSF) has a strength of 20 Asian Level and 250 IPSF qualified Referees/Judges and 02 International accredited/Certified Coaches Under the Presidentship of Sheik Alauddin
(IPSF) is fully involved in developing and popularizing of Pencak Silat Sport in India and have produced numbers of International level medalist.
The Membership for the Players is Open for all technically & deserving organizations who will agree to abide by the rules and regulations of PERSILAT unconditionally. The Pencak silat training in India is given in almost every state. Each state may have its own Association.
IPSF has been recognized by the MINISTRY of Youth Affairs and Sports (MOYAS), Service of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India, SPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA, NITI AAYOG, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA.
