Capcom published Resident Evil Village, a survival horror game for 2021. This is the sequel to Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. The players control Ethan Winters, searching for his daughter in a village full of mutant creatures.
RE Village is a part of RE 7 and shares a similar horror approach, but it also has its feet in RE 5, RE 6, and RE 4. This made it more likely that RE Village would have a cooperative mode. However, this is not the case. Resident Evil Village did not launch with co-op.

Resident Evil Village is a one-player game. It is impossible to play the game online or locally with other players. It’s still a fun game to play with your friends, even though it is horror-themed. You can gather your friends to watch the frightening action unfold or take turns playing a portion. You can also put on your headphones and turn off the lights to enjoy the horror all by yourself.
Rumours suggest Resident Evil Village will feature three playable characters. Although the identities of Ethan and the other characters are still unknown, it is possible that they are. A character called Emily is believed to be the second character players will have the opportunity to play in RE Village. Emily, who is apparently looking for her father, joins forces at some point with Ethan. This could lead to situations where Ethan plays Ethan and Emily plays Emily.
Resident Evil Village, despite all this, is a great game that’s worth your time. It’s also a solid entry in the series, even though Capcom may not want to label it so. It blends elements from 7 and 4 in a transparent way, which is one of the most significant overhauls in series history. However, it’s less notable than either.
Is Resident Evil the village hard?
Village of Shadows is the most difficult difficulty in the game. It is similar to Resident Evil 7’s Madhouse difficulty. Checkpoints are spread further apart and enemies are introduced later in the story, increasing the number of enemies within each area.
