Vecna the evil creature uses his manipulation and portrays the accident scene again in front of Fred on the side of the road.

The burning kid’s ghost starts coming towards Fred which makes him scared. 

Then suddenly Vecna arrives upside down and curses him related to the trauma until it violently kills them.
