SnowRunner is an off-road video game created by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive. SnowRunner lets the player play as off-road vehicles while they travel between various locations to accomplish their objectives.

SnowRunner is available now to players, allowing them to tackle the challenge of driving through challenging environments both as a solo player and in tandem with up to four others.

Incorporating a multiplayer element immediately raised questions about the possibility of introducing cross-platform or crossplay support initially not in the plans of the publisher Focus Home Interactive and developer Saber Interactive.

When the game first launched, the team that was behind the game was clear it was not yet a part of the game.

Since the game’s debut, there was plenty of feedback from the players wanting the feature to be added. As SnowRunner has increased in popularity, these requests have only increased in volume.

The feature has now been added and players from different platforms can play.

Its Year 2 Pass will finally allow cross-platform play for all of the platforms. It’s part of a multi-stage procedure which will be carried out during the game’s two-year period of after launch content.
