In early 2021, a new weapon, Raal MG, was featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. It is a full-auto/semi-auto light machine gun. It uses a low fire rate.

So, for the muzzle, Raal Monocore is best as it provides damage range and sound suppression. The 32.0″ Raal Line Breaker increases damage range, bullet velocity, and provides recoil control.

The FFS Oblique does the same thing. It also provides Aim down sight speed but at the cost of movement speed. The VLK 3.0x optic is perfect for zoomed view and TAC Laser will provide aiming stability.
