Dirt 3 is a simcade racing game that Codemasters published for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360. It was the first game of the series to be released without Colin McRae’s moniker. In June 2017, DiRT 4 was removed.
The main mode, Dirt Tour, sees players earning reputation points at various events to attract sponsors who will provide new vehicles. Flashbacks are back from Colin McRae’s Dirt 2, which can only be used five times in any difficulty but costs reputation points.

DiRT 3 is powered by Codemasters’ EGO Engine award-winning EGO Engine. It features Flashback to rewind, genre-leading damage, and the ability to take on all game modes in split screen and competitive online multiplayer.
Dirt Rally 2.0 does not support splitscreen multiplayer. You can only compete against other racers online. Twitter confirmed the news about the exclusion of the feature before it was released.
Can Dirt 4 also be played on a split-screen screen?
Dirt 4 is incompatible with split-screen mode, as it follows many recent racing games. Online multiplayer is the only option, but it’s great to race with your friends locally.
