Is Divekick Crossplay?

Divekick is a 2D combat game created through One True Game Studios, an independent group of avid gamers. The game’s demo was shown at a variety of tournaments. After an overwhelming response the group launched the Kickstarter campaign to raise funds to develop a fully-fledged version that would be available to Microsoft Windows.

It was announced that the Kickstarter project was pulled when it was revealed that the developer Iron Galaxy Studios had agreed to collaborate on the development and release of the game.

How do you play Divekick?

Divekick is only two buttons that can be dragged (into into) causing your character to leap straight up. Kick makes your character fly first, at an angle that is downward. If you push Kick to the floor, you’ll be able to leap away from your adversary.

Divekick will support cross-play across a variety of platforms. It is possible to play with your buddies playing on Playstation 4, Playstation 3 and Playstation Vita.

What’s the purpose behind Divekick?

Divekick is played with the two keys: Kick and Dive. The only way to hit the opponent’s back is to divekick them. It will immediately K.O. should it hit. The movement is controlled by the direction of your leap and the divekicks’ descent and jumping forwards (known by the term “kickbacks”).
